My Approach
As a successful transformational life coach, survivor of narcissistic trauma and parental alienation, my approach to coaching is deeply rooted in both personal experience and professional expertise. I am passionate about helping others break free from the pain caused by narcissistic trauma, parental alienation, and family scapegoating abuse, and guiding them toward a future of healing, empowerment, and purpose.
My coaching method is comprehensive and holistic, blending education, dialectical coping skills, family systems training, trauma-informed practices, and interpersonal effectiveness techniques. These tools are designed to support you in healing and thriving through self-love while strengthening family relationships. I help you move from surviving to thriving by identifying your strengths, reprogramming limiting beliefs, and developing healthy communication skills.
